Matchmaking at German-African Economic Forum 2020 organised by the Enterprise Europe Network (NRW.International) is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face meetings.

Publish a business profile to showcase your needs

Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.
A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.

Send & receive meeting requests

Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
TIP: Download the "b2match" mobile App (App Store) to manage your 1:1 meetings on your phone!

Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted by the recipients otherwise they can't be scheduled

A day before the event you will receive an email with your personalized meeting schedule, indicating your meeting partner, time slot and the table number. You can also check your meeting agenda any time online or in the b2match app. It will be updated at regular intervals.
